Dear family and friends,

Happiness: A life filled with love, a purposeful life. Isn’t it true when you surround yourself with loving people and when you are living your purpose you are filled with happiness?
 
I am not talking about a life without problems when everything is wonderful. I am talking about a life where you deal with problems in a way that promotes healthy healing from our emotional, physical, and spiritual traumas. The problems, the people, the relationships, the losses, all the difficulties that get presented, these are our teachings. And we must continue to be vigilant students in order to experience true authentic happiness.
