Love plays a central role in our spiritual life. Our next talk will focus on Forgiveness.

Forgiveness is an act of love. In order to forgive you must be in self-love.
I believe that forgiveness, to let go, is a spiritual commitment. It is hard/heart work and it is a process of forgiving over and over.
